Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our growing team in Brooklyn. You bring an enthusiasm to learn and commitment to customer service and we'll teach you the rest. No two days will be the same (there's always new products and tasks to learn). A little bit about the role: Attend to counter, telephone and online orders and enquiries Follow up customer quotes Assist in converting customer quotes to sales Process customer orders including sourcing, packing and despatch You’ll have the full support of your team and the opportunity to constantly develop your skills and knowledge Desired Skills and Experience Here’s a bit about you: You’re naturally a team player with a desire to provide exceptional customer service Exerpience in a customer facing role would be hihgly desirable You’ve got a strong mechanical aptitude You’re great at multitasking and prioritising You’ve got great interpersonal and communication skills So why join Applied?
