Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Provide an exceptional level of service to one our largest customers via telephone calls, emails and other business systems You will be empowered to investigate issues and escalations and be relentless in your pursuit to reach an outcome quickly There is a degree of administration related tasks and these should be actioned effectively and according to business processes You will be eager to learn and understand the commercial relationship of what our customers bring to Blackwoods and be pro-active in ensuring you keep yourself up to date with all processes, procedures and updates To be successful, you will have: Ability to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00am to 5:06pm Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service Proven ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment and able to manage conflicting priorities High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills CULTURE & BENEFITS A career with Blackwoods will offer you rewarding experiences and opportunities for growth and development.
