Sales and Marketing Coordinator | Inner City Melbourne - East| Fantastic team culture Company A leading freight management and logistics organisation is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented sales and marketing coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level sales support, including customer quoting, onboarding, information management, reporting, and a range of other activities. You will also participate in various marketing activities to support lead generation and can engage in business development activities. Role Sales Support Assist at key stages of the sales pipeline, including quote preparation and new customer onboarding. Maintain customer data in key systems. Provide administrative support as required. Knowledge Management Maintain lead and customer data in HubSpot CRM. Provide reports to the Sales Team and Directors. Sales Meetings Actively participate in sales meetings and collaborate with team members to share knowledge and develop strategies. Marketing and Communications Coordinate social media activities. Create and release regular communications. Assist with other key marketing activities, such as trade fairs. Lead Generation Conduct lead generation activities, including outbound calling and handling inbound customer inquiries. Book sales appointments and coordinate with external lead generation providers. Product Knowledge Maintain an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions. Internal Engagement Build strong, collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
