Reporting to the Premium Guest Manager, the Premium Customer Service Executive has the responsibility of promoting The Star Entertainments Groups properties through phone calls to enhance member involvement and boost engagement This is a great opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and take the next step in your career at The Star. A few of your responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to existing members to provide updates on their membership status and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate details of 'what's on' including events and promotions. Address member inquiries and resolve concerns. Achieve and exceed monthly call targets. Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. What are we looking for? Current SELS casino license Proven experience in outbound communications or a similar role. Excellent communication skills. Previous hotel, hospitality experience preferable.
