This role will be offered as 12-month maternity leave contract Part Time - 24 hours p/w Flexible days/times The Responsibilities: Managing all incoming calls Assisting with general enquiries Preparing invoices Account and bank reconciliations. Processing weekly payroll Preparing batch payments Assisting with Accounts Receivable Preparing and managing project files Maintaining digital and paper-based filing systems Other duties as required.
