Key Responsibilities: As an the Technical Internal Salesperson, your primary responsibilities will include: Working closely with customers to find suitable solutions and products Managing incoming sales inquiries via phone and email Efficiently processing orders Building strong customer relationships to ensure retention and loyalty Developing formal quotations Maintaining stock control Participate in client meetings You will collaborate closely with a small and friendly professional team who are truly passionate about delivering top-notch customer service. Qualifications and Experience: To succeed in this role, you will require a technical background in Engineering or Hydraulic Sales to offer the expert advice and support required. A qualification in Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering OR 3 years' experience in the hydraulics industry.
