Our client is seeking experienced customer service officers to join their Ringwood team & branch, occasionally Heatherton too when and if required. Client Details Our client manages Victoria's arterial road network, delivering road safety initiatives and supplies customer focused registration and licensing services to the community. Description The role is responsible for resolution of Registration & Licensing customer enquiries raised within our clients Customer Service Centres, and also responsible for the conduct of customer appointments to support driver licence testing and registration service. The position will include Driver licence testing. Full training is provided with further upskilling to follow in their customer service team. You must have a full clean Victorian Driver Licence, be available to work 5 day per week (Monday to Friday) between a varied 25-38 hour week. You must also be available to be on call for days you are not rostered on, to cover late available shifts. Profile To be successful in the position you will need: Excellent customer service experience (face to face) A current Victorian FULL drivers license with a clean driving history Must be available to work over a 5 day roster averaging 25 - 38 hours per week Confident using computers and navigating a variety of systems Excellent attention to detail and administration skills Prepared to work in busy environment Happy to undergo national police check Available to start immediately Job Offer This is a unique role that allows you to make a difference in your community.
