Responsibilities: Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects across various channels, including but not limited to shopper marketing, experiential campaigns, digital activations, and brand experiences. Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, account managers, and other stakeholders to understand client objectives and translate them into compelling visual narratives. Develop innovative and strategic design concepts that align with brand guidelines and client requirements. Produce high-quality visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, layouts, and presentations. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and marketing. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. Present and articulate design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and insights to refine deliverables. Requirements: Proven experience (5 years) working as a designer in an agency environment, with a focus on shopper marketing, experiential campaigns, or activations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, innovation, and effectiveness in achieving client objectives.
