As a Team Leader within our brand new 3PL warehouse at Kemps Creek NSW, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Specifically, you will: Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team Coach, support and develop team members Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Our ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, including coordination of day-to-day activities of a team / colleagues, as well as: Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices Good customer, stakeholder and communication skills; and computer literacy Bonus: LO and/or LF licences In addition to providing proof of work rights and professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
