Responsibilities/Duties: Ensure QA and As Constructed requirements for various local authorities are adhered to. Maintain records of construction activity including monitoring contractor’s QA reports. Liaise with clients, authorities and sub-consultants as the project requires. Review and submit local authority applications and documentation. Undertake quantity take-offs from engineering plans and prepare construction cost estimates. Review and complete Contractor progress claims. Ensure final documents comply with regulations and quality standards. Assist in the design, planning and development phases of various projects. Review and identify potential construction issues from construction drawings.
