Collaborating with key stakeholders to integrate AI solutions and technologies such as NLP, machine learning and deep learning into existing systems to drive business objectives. Lead the design for a key project or program of work, ensuring the detailed design is consistent with the Optus Digital Design System while also ensuring it strategically makes sense. Make customer experience central through every design and effectively measure impact Influence key stakeholders across the organisation on importance of effective customer experience. Communicate and champion the use of customer research for new opportunities, products and service decisions based on customer research and insights. It starts with you Proficiency in harnessing AI tools and platforms to develop scalable solutions for complex challenges Experience in Product Design or UX/UI role Experience working in an Agile environment Experience crafting for Digital interfaces – responsive, web and ap Proven experience with Human Centred Design and Experimentation frameworks.
