Respected Brisbane based Civils contractor has an immediate start for an experienced Contracts Manager with a legal background. Our client is a respected Brisbane based Civil Engineering contractor with an exemplary track record on delivering an array of complex and challenging projects within the civil infrastructure sector in Qld and NSW including regional projects. Due to successful tendering and company growth, they are seeking an experienced (minimum 5yrs) Brisbane based Senior Contracts Administrator / Manager with a Legal background , to join their existing senior management team reporting directly into the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have local Qld experience preferablly with TMR contracts , will be from a civls or construction background, even Tier 1, with a minimum 5yrs experience in negotiating and reviewing Tier 1 civil contracts. You will also be required to assist senior management on claims and contractual correspondence in addition you will also be the point of contact for drafting and execution of supply subcontracts. You will also be required to provide direction and mentoring of company staff on commercial strategies within the business. This role would suit someone ideally with experience in Civil Engineering.
