Your opportunity We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Manager who is passionate about customer experience to join our team at Westfield Chatswood for a 12-month parental leave cover. In this role, you will manage relationships with our retail partners, support their success, drive results, and advocate for their needs. As the voice of the customer and the centre's eyes and ears, you will prioritize delivering outstanding experiences every day. Reporting to the Centre Manager and being part of the centre's leadership team, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the customer experience and drive our team's success. Your key responsibilities will include: Contributing to customer and retailer-focused activities that cover the day-to-day management and operations of the Centre and excellent everyday presentation. Building strong relationships with Centre retail staff, customers and community and government stakeholders Identifying areas of strategic opportunity in relation to retailers, customers, and broader centre performance, creating short and long-term roadmaps that contributes to improved retailer and Centre performance. Acting as a change advocate, initiating, and supporting new programs that impact the retailer and customer experience and overall business performance. Resolving issues and influencing internal stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for the customer and business partners. Dealing with Centre incidents and emergencies in accordance with company procedures Performing all Duty Manager requirements on a rotating weekend and evening roster with the rest of the Centre Management Leadership Team What will set you apart from the rest? An energetic people-person who enjoys interacting with customers and has the ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers.
