On behalf of TIFS Warehousing & Distribution, a premier company that offers bespoke 3PL warehouse solutions to more than 350 clients in Australia and internationally, we are conducting a search for a dedicated and skilled Systems Analyst for the location at Ingleburn NSW 2565, Australia. Current Opening: This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week). Position Responsibilities and Tasks Conduct in-depth analysis of existing information systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation. Design, develop and recommend effective and innovative solutions to meet organisational objectives. Work closely with end-users, project managers and other stakeholders to elicit, document and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality, reliability and security of the implemented systems. Assist in project planning, providing estimates, timelines and resource requirements for system analysis and development activities. Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing system-related issues and inquiries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system configurations, changes and enhancements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Certified Information Systems Analyst (CISA) or any related field A minimum of two to three years' experience in a similar role. Proficiency in programming languages, database management and systems analysis tools is often required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively analysing and designing systems. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package of $70,000 - $95,000 per annum, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
