Due to award of an exciting new contract, we are looking for a project engineer to join and support the team. The Role As a result of rapid growth and award of multiple new contracts we are currently seeking a Project Engineer to assist in performing detailed pre-engineering, work packs, with specific focus on Nitrogen Process and Pipelines Key responsibilities Perform pre-engineering and compile associated documents to submit proposal documents to prospective clients; Perform engineering activities and compile procedures for the project; Provide primary client focal point for all technical aspects of the project; Direct control of operational activities to ensure effective project completion in accordance with the approved procedures; mobilisation of equipment on the project from compilation of original project mob list, to overseeing pre-mob trials, and final equipment mobilisation process to site; For small projects where a direct project manager is not appointed, responsible for the overall running of the project, liaising with Operations Manager to determine the scheduling and management of resources; Ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs and practices are followed Provide technical and engineering support to the Commercial department. The Candidate In order to excel in this role you will have experience working on the planning & execution of pre-commissioning projects involving nitrogen and/or pneumatic testing with Proven track record in an engineering role and/or as a junior project manager; Ideally you will be a degree qualified Mechanical or Process Engineer with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills in order to liaise effectively with the business and EnerMech’s clients. Salary is depending on experience with a base package starting from $120,000 Plus super, Plus generous site uplifts.
