Rare mix of both legal and governance work | Projects, infrastructure, property | Contact Ross at Peppercorn on 0431267250 About the Role: Our client is a major Queensland infrastructure asset, offering a unique in-house opportunity for a Legal Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary. This newly created position sits within the established and highly-regarded legal function and will see you have direct access to the Executive Leadership Team and senior management. Key Responsibilities: As a part of your day to day responsibilities, you will: Provide strategic legal advice across diverse areas including corporate, construction, infrastructure, transactions, procurement, environment, regulatory, marine, health and safety, and employment; and Work closely with the Governance team, reporting to the Executive General Manager Governance and Senior Legal Counsel.
