Our Service Plans & Aftersales Solutions team is responsible for the design and sale of Service Plans and products that support the maintenance and repair of our trucks. This ensures they are in their best condition and reliable tools of trade to keep our customers on the road for longer. This role is responsible for the administration, analysis and development of the Service Plan portfolio and providing support to our Dealer Network. You will also play a key role in providing proactive sales and customer support, developing strategies to grow the business and offering training to key internal stakeholders and Dealer Partners. By providing exceptional support to the broader Service Plans and Aftersales Solution team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued excellence of the DTAuP Service Operations department. The role: Reporting to the Service Plans & Aftersales Solutions Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Analysing, maintaining and developing the Service Plans portfolio Responding to all Service Plan enquiries in a timely and efficient manner Providing quotes and sales support to internal and external stakeholders Conducting kilometre reviews on a regular basis or via customer requests Pre-approving and adjudicating dealer workshop and subcontractor claims Proactively managing the portfolio to identify both high preforming and at risk contracts Key account management, including targeted and fleet support where necessary Collaboration with Finance teams to ensure accurate and up to date invoicing for all customers as well as supporting financial account related enquiries Conducting and maintaining regular Service Plan training and support for internal stakeholders, dealers and customers as required Reviewing product offerings, communications initiatives, campaigns and market trends Supporting audit and controlling functions (spot checks quarterly and annually) as required Assisting both the Service Plans team and wider Service Operations department as required Qualifications Who we are looking for: The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a professional, customer first mindset. You will want to work as part of a collaborative, friendly and communicative team of people that supports each other to top performance. As a strong team player you will be able to focus on detailed orientated analysis, be process driven and have a proactive solution seeking mindset. Complimenting these traits, you may also have had previous experience in related roles within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry. Retail dealership service operations experience and understanding or service and warranty claim processing experience will be highly regarded. The successful candidate will be driven, willing to learn and go the extra mile to ensure individual and team success.
