We are always looking for the best way to solve problems and open to hearing your ideas What you'll do tyresales and tyreconnect businesses, both of whom aim to create a hassle-free tyre purchasing experience for both B2C and B2B customers alike. Their seamless eCommerce network links all the big tyre brands with the largest tyre fitment network in Australia. This is your opportunity to assist our customers through their journey and support them with their needs, driving both customer satisfaction and loyalty in a positive direction. Share expertise to provide exceptional customer support and assistance across multiple channels, such as phone, email, web and live chat. Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer service queries (voice and digital). Develop and support solutions with the day-to-day operations within the tyres business through tasks such as, product support, suppliers and logistics providers as well as some administrative tasks. Qualifications What we're looking for Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously). Demonstrate understanding and expertise to manage enquiries through to resolution, this could involve liaising with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
