Receptionist/Customer Service — Smithfield, Parramatta Area

SUMMARY: Responsible for customer service and administration activities for Cornell Corporation. Main focus is to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction with supporting Front Counter Team and to have all documentation records up to date. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: • Administration activities for Cornell Corporation • Facilitate over the phone inquirers and sales • Taking bookings, job scheduling and booking confirmation messages • Greet customers/visitors in a professional and positive manner • FCT administrative duties, filing and issuing sales reports • Invoicing functions into SAP for both suppliers and customers • Liaising with distributors, parts ordering and distribution of stock • Attending to incoming/outgoing goods and allocating to jobs • Maintain a presence at the front desk, front area to be kept clean and tidy, including customer lounge • Good time management skills and attention to detail • Process supplier invoices each month • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved • Front line administration, on line, email and phone inquiries • Arrange freight for parts shipment • Processing part returns/credits • Assist with planning trade shows / nights • Taking enquiries, quoting price and availability of stock, invoicing and liaising with customers ISO Audits for Cornell Corporation • ISO Emails, entering and updating data (OFI’s, Issue trackers, Asset Management, Training Records,) • Comply with ISO standards • Support Sales Representatives requirements for Cornell Corporation • Assist with petty cash reconciling (receipts & disbursements) & banking KPI RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monthly Sales process & reports • Customer needs and follow ups • Receiving of goods and services QUALIFICATIONS: • Written and verbal communication of a high standard and be able to communicate concepts and ideas. • Must have strong ethical values and strong character with self-discipline. • Must respect your superior, subordinates and all other stakeholders. • Must be able to deal with customer complaints and respect all customer rights to complain. • Demonstrate good time management skills and attention to details. • Must identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. • Neat and tidy appearance • Year 12 • Certificate 2 and 3 in Business Administration desirable If this position is of interest APPLY NOW.
