You will have the opportunity to build your own team of coordinators and advisors What will your main responsibility be? participation in and inclusion in the senior leadership team and NSW executive meetings on a monthly basis regarding the state of affairs, strategic business input, and essential business requirements. Create and oversee compliance and education initiatives for all workers, clients, and contractors involved in the NSW business. Project leadership teams should get guidance and support in creating and implementing a safety culture that is consistent with the company's vision, as well as sufficient training and development for all roles that are crucial to safety. conducts routine audits to verify that the projects have a strong risk management method, capacity, and focus. Ensure the project teams are aware of their routine and safety requirements and have the resources necessary to fulfil them. Compile all required safety and environmental reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis What you need to have to be a successful candidate Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety Certificate in Building and Construction 7 years of experience in construction safety Vast knowledge of safety legislation and statutes and the ability to interpret and apply status or legislation to any project. Strong leadership skills with the ability to identify and proactively manage key risks/issues across projects.
