Administration Coordinator Full-time permanent position with a fantastic peak-body Association Located in Sydney, CBD (2000) Competitive remuneration of $70,000 - $75,000 Super About Our Client: The Australian Lot Feeders’ Association (ALFA) is the peak national body representing the Australian cattle feedlot industry, covering over 70% of the nation's cattle feedlots by cattle numbers. ALFA aims to enhance the profitability, professionalism, and community standing of the industry through advocacy, strategic investments, industry development activities, and member support. The Strategic Plan of ALFA is aligned with the broader Meat Industry Strategic Plan (MISP) and has been developed with input from lot feeders, industry councils, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders. About the Role: As the Administration Coordinator, you will be the face of the office, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team and members. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks, including: Act as the main point of contact for phone and email communications, effectively handling inquiries. Assist in preparing board meeting materials by collating documents from various contributors. Book flights and provide travel assistance as needed. Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies, handle phone and email communications, and manage general enquiries. Organise meetings, workshops, and events for members. Collect and distribute mail, handle membership renewals, and update member information. Oversee multiple email addresses, distributing or handling emails as necessary. A Bit About You: To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented administrator looking to join a dynamic and supportive team. You will also have: Proven experience in a similar administrative role, such as Office Administrator, Office Manager, or Executive Assistant, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong organisational abilities, capable of working independently and proactively with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and organisational objectives.
