Administration Assistant — Tarro, Newcastle Area

If you are a well organised, experienced Administrator who has initiative and an understanding of property maintenance, consider this role This is a great opportunity which is best suited to individuals who have had recent experience across Administration in a property focused environment such as Real Estate, Strata or Building & Construction. Best suited to an individual who is well organised and a forward thinker, this role will require you to have a very confident communication style plus the ability to stay one step ahead from the moment you receive an enquiry through to organising trades for repair works in property maintenance. Your ability in following an internal process including follow up of works completed through to invoicing and updating systems will all form part of your day to day as will assisting in general across Administration and Reception as necessary and associated duties.
