What we can offer We are currently seeking a talented Warehouse Co-Ordinator to join our Hardings Reservoir team in a permanent full-time capacity working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will effectively and safely support the warehouse through administrative tasks and duties as required, including general support of team functions where needed. What you will be doing Coordinate pick slip work flow including pink slip release & invoice functions. Assigning tasks and work orders to warehouse team members as directed. Work closely with the Purchasing & Customer Service teams to resolve queries. Escalate issues to managers when necessary. Daily management of all registers with timely and accurate entry of data. Assist with general team functions as directed by line manager, in line with the work level standards for this role. What you will bring Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office and systems. Strong organisation and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently. Established interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholder groups. Highly evident communication skills both written and oral.
