Some prior airfreight experience is essential An opportunity exists for a Customer Service/Pricing Coordinator to join this well-established global freight forwarder located in Port Botany. The company offers a great team environment and excellent working conditions and the successful applicant will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of airfreight operations. Duties & Responsibilities include: Receiving bookings for export shipments Booking freight with airlines Coordinating pick up and delivery of freight Preparing export documentation & complete export entries (EDN) Finalise job invoices and costs Ensure airline security arrangements and procedures are met Tracking and status updates of flight arrivals/departures Ensure dangerous good/hazardous guidelines are met Negotiate freight rates with airlines and co-loaders Preparing quotations for clients and overseas agents Liaise and maintain relationships with clients, overseas agents, airlines, freight forwarders and internal departments Role Requirements: Industry knowledge of import/export air processes Experience in CargoWise essential Outstanding customer service skills Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is an experienced airfreight operator and looking to work for a global organisation who offer stability and a great team environment.
