About the Role We are recruiting a Customer Service Officer to work at our Montrose site. The role of the Customer Service Officer is to provide front-line administrative and sales support to the Repurpose It customers both onsite and via phone whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service in every interaction. This is a full-time, ongoing position with an immediate start available. This is base on-site full-time and hybrid working arrangements are not available for this position. Duties will likely include (but not be limited to): Act as the first point of contact for all customers who enter the site ensuring that site inductions are provided for customers as required Provide front counter sales including the processing of orders and payments Process sales via phone including taking orders, responding to customer enquiries, finalising sales and liaising with the scheduler and customer Complete general administrative duties including data entry, filing and database management Provide training and support to team members on product knowledge and range where required Assisting the wider team as required About You To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience: Experience in a customer service position, ideally within the construction industry, or a similar industry Excellent communication skills Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) The ability to prioritise tasks Excellent time management skills Why Repurpose It?
