Your role in a nutshell ⁠ The Body Shop Australia is recruiting for a Supply Chain Specialist (Retail Allocations Analyst) to join the team in a full-time capacity initially on a 6–7-month contract starting July 2024 (potential of extension/become permanent). Reporting to the ANZ Supply Planning Manager the Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for: Store auto-replenishment (SAR) and management of SAP MRP settings. This includes ensuring timelines are kept by all Departments to enable on-time replenishment to stores for each event or window. Stock allocation to all stores ensuring optimal stock cover & stock turn. Communicating to all parties on stocks and replenishment related activities including delivery scheduling. This is inclusive of problem solving and communication for ECommerce and At Home (AH) Channels for Stock availability, NPD (New Product Development), PIPO (Phase In Phase Out) for Website as well as out of stock for AH. Ensuring a working end-to-end store replenishment process with Warehouse, all departments in the Office and Stores for each event & window. Supporting business focused Product Operations Meeting on Monday, focused on short term execution, updates on shipments and impact to current window and events. Outcome is to ensure alignment on any issues and work through as a team. Attendees is across the business, all Channels attend, commercial, and brand. The role is based at our Chadstone head office at Chadstone Shopping Centre along with our current hybrid working arrangement allowing employees to WFH 2 days per week. More about the role Primary Accountabilities: Optimise the use of the store automated replenishment (SAR) system, creation and maintenance of SAP settings for auto replenishment against the stores. Collaborate with Commercial & Operations team to proactively review and maintain replenishment system parameters periodically to reflect sales trend and to maximise on-shelf availability. Define, follow and continuously improve the Key Performance Indicators (retail store; stock availability, inventory level / quality and service rate) and communicates them internally. Communicates effectively with stakeholders to challenge store order process and flag any risk to on shelf availability. Supporting in the S&OP process. Responsible for managing the calendar and timelines for replenishment in alignment with the event calendar. Support Operations & Commercial teams to forecast and allocate stocks based on event plan/progress and other ad-hoc events e.g., atriums. Collaborate with local stakeholders to manage store stock integrity and support event planning progress. Support Commercial & Operations teams in executing changes (stock allocation/distribution) in the event of promotion/event changes, unexpected sales uplift, etc. Work closely with Inbound Planner on inbound status to proactively inform channels on OOS situation and the availability expected. Proactively look at the stock levelling across all stores on a weekly basis (especially for products with global OOS situation). Liaise with Warehouse, Stores and Office on any store/event/promotion scheduling changes. Work closely with Warehouse to ensure sufficient lead time to process orders, hence on time delivery in store. Review with ops team and warehouse on the delivery pattern and frequency. Process stock requisition requests by Australia/New Zealand team. Proactively look into continuous improvement by working closely across the ANZ team to fine tune the current processes (inbound management, allocation, replenishment, warehousing management etc). Monitor the window sell through against forecast and propose top ups to both Commercial and Operations teams during the weekly Sales meeting. Working Relationships & Interfaces Key liaison with stores on product related issues. ANZ Supply Chain Team, 3PL Warehouse, ANZ Commercial and Retail Operation Teams. What we look for WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Experience: 2 years relevant experience in an inventory planning and supply chain or related field. Proficient in MS Excel Familiarity to SAP or equivalent ERP tool. Experience in 3rd party logistics management will be an advantage.
