As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, assisting customers with tracking cargo, freight bookings and general queries relating to Qantas processes and procedures. You'll assist in troubleshooting and resolving key product and service issues, extending to obtaining resolutions and service recovery for customers as required. Customer Service Representatives need to stay up-to-date with all regulatory requirements and be able to solve and communicate complex freight processes to facilitate freight forward movements. Proficient written and verbal etiquette, as well as the ability to collaborate with freight stakeholders to achieve optimum customer outcomes will be crucial to succeed in this role. You'll have - Proven experience in a customer service role (contact centre environment is advantageous, however not essential) Excellent written and oral communication skills Self-motivation and initiative Proactive approach to problem solving Confidence using computers and communicating with customers through digital channels Adaptability and be able to think quickly Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team, as required Salesforce CRM knowledge would be advantageous, however not essential Ability to collaborate and work closely with stakeholders outside of your direct team (for example, freight forwarding companies) Willingness to learn new systems, processes and procedures Ability to communicate complex information quickly and efficiently The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders The Qantas employee benefits program offers amazing benefits that extend well beyond travel.
