The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing personalised, 5-star customer experiences, to both current and future customers, by listening to their needs and wants, proactively promoting VMCH services, directing them to the appropriate area and accurately recording a summary of the conversation. About you You have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in aged care and disability services. An exceptional communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, you display empathy, compassion and understanding when supporting people from diverse backgrounds. You display initiative and have the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively to meet competing demands.
