About the role Steel Centre Mackay is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our tight-knit team where you will be delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role offers a great opportunity for someone aiming to expand their customer service and sales experience while gaining a deeper understanding of estimating. Your responsibilities will include: • Ensuring customers receive excellent customer service • Providing estimates and quotes for customers • Process sales orders and coordinate with various internal teams to ensure estimates and projects are completed on time • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions using SAPAbout your experience To be successful in this role you will be a motivated individual who thrives on building and maintaining relationships and is eager to learn.
