So, we're currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Porter to join our team and ensure our guests have a safe and comfortable stay during the night. As a Night Porter, you will work with a small, dedicated night team to provide seamless service and support. Your day to day As a Night Auditor, your shift will start at 11:00 pm and finish at 7:30 am. Every day is different, but you will mostly be: Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes Assisting guests with luggage, organising transportation, valet parking and fulfilling a variety of other needs the guests may have Staying one step of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations Completing other ad-hoc duties as requested to assist the front office team in fulfilling guest needs What we need from you: An unrestricted driver's licence (manual required) Ability to lift, pull and push large objects up to 23kg Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories Ability to work independently and remain alert during night shifts.
