Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Package Director and office staff, including managing correspondence and performing reception duties. Maintain the functionality and supply of the office (power, consumables, furniture, etc.), upkeep common areas, and ensure equipment, like coffee machines, is functioning properly. Assist with Purchase Orders and Good Receipt Notes for office amenities, support coordination of project events and meetings, and manage meeting room bookings and calendars. Perform data entry and management, assist with Program and Office inductions and trainings, and liaise with suppliers regarding maintenance requests, contractors, and emergency office issues. Ensure professional first impressions for all visitors and manage the visitor sign-in process. Undertake additional administrative duties as directed to support project teams and comply with the Delegation of Authority Matrix.
