Customer Service Representative — Box Hill, The Hills District

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative as the front line of our operations, forging meaningful connections with our valued customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers’ unique situation. In this role, you will; Manage inbound & outbound customer calls Educating customer based on their individual financial circumstances Adhering to a schedule for maximum productivity Detailed and accurate file action notes for all interactions Comply with client & company policies & procedures What You'll bring; Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite Previous customer service experience - desired Australian Citizenship , due to clearance requirements Do you possess a passion for customer service, whether from your experience in face-to-face interactions or in a contact centre?
