Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative | Inner City Suburb - East | Start ASAP Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and looking to make a meaningful impact in the logistics industry? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to join this dynamic team. The Role Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries, provide shipment status updates, and offer support in a friendly and professional manner Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods. Monitor shipments, identify and resolve issues, and maintain clear communication between clients and the operations team Record Keeping: To facilitate follow-up and reference, maintain accurate and organised records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system and Freight Management Software (FMS). Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address customer concerns or complaints, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions that uphold the company's reputation and foster long-term customer relationships. Administrative Support : Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts, billing, and invoicing to ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will come with Excellent verbal and written communication skills Empathy and patience in addressing customer inquiries and issues Ability to convey complex logistics information in a clear and understandable manner Strong organisational skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve logistical issues Attention to detail in monitoring shipment statuses and schedules Collaboration and teamwork to work effectively with the operations team Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes Data entry and record-keeping skills to accurately document customer interactions Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and retrieve customer information Adaptability to find creative solutions to unique customer issues Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics industry Join this cohesive team and be part of a team that values customer satisfaction and aims to maintain a stellar reputation as a reliable logistics partner.
