The role You'll join this employer of choice in a permanent, full-time position to supervise the Perth legal support team. This opportunity will allow you to utilise your legal support and legal EA skills, whilst taking on a leadership role with supervisory responsibilities and elements pf practice management. You will be based in the firm's litigation team and lead a team of Legal support professionals who support industry leading Partners. You'll be the lynch-pin that oversees workflow and matter management. You'll liaise with HR, BD and finance to make sure your teams needs are being met and be the voice for the legal support team to management. You'll offer mentorship and guidance and have the opportunity to grow as a leader. About you To be considered for the role you will offer : at least three years experience supporting senior lawyers in a commercial area of law. CDR / Litigation experience would be viewed favourably; strong technical skills and the ability to share knowledge in a clear and supportive way; a passion for people and helping others to grow and develop; experience in a Partnership environment would be considered favourably; previous experience as a mentor or supervisor would be ideal.
