Job Description About the role: We are currently undergoing a major business integration and need an experienced FinancialForce/Certinia Administrator to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can help us implement our current FinancialForce solution across multiple entities, help establish scalable processes, and drive continual improvements towards a world-class solution. As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process enhancements and ensure that the proposed system designs are successfully accepted. You will also collaborate with project team members and key internal stakeholders to define project scopes and requirements. You will be involved in the ongoing management and development of our FinancialForce/Salesforce deployment. The position will have responsibility for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. The role is very focused on driving continuous improvement of our FinancialForce/Salesforce environment. As a FinancialForce Administrator, you will prepare requirements and design, test cases, and other necessary documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You will also consult with business users to identify and translate current operating procedures into system requirements and configure our systems to align with them. Moreover, you will provide support and maintenance for data management, dashboards, reports, and automation. You will troubleshoot existing configurations and development within Salesforce, especially of FinancialForce-specific objects. In addition, you will design, develop, and support integration/synchronization programs to seamlessly synchronize data between our Business Applications and Salesforce/FinancialForce instance.
