About the role Our SHAPE Victorian team has an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Construction Manager to lead and contribute to the overall success of our ECI team ensuring our offerings are best in class As part of the responsibilities, you can look forward to: Providing technical support in relation to services to project teams in preconstruction and construction phase delivery Monitor and manage commercial outcomes while maintaining design intent and integrity through all phases of a project. Contribute to the identification, tendering and conversion of ECI and Design and Construct opportunities. Development and implement strategies for growth of the ECI and Design and Construct Portfolio and pipeline, including in time selection and employment of additional team members. Build and nurture a high performing team including coaching, mentoring and assisting with their development and managing team resourcing. Innovate and Improve Existing systems and processes to ensure SHAPE’s ECI offering remains best in class. Participation in the SHAPE Victoria Senior Leadership Team and contribution in achieving SHAPE VIC SLT Legacy, Vision and balanced scorecard outcomes. About you 10 years of experience of industry experience ideally with a focus on commercial workplace Experience leading and managing a team Substantial experience in Design Management in a wide range of projects, and delivery models and in various sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for high end design, quality, and buildability. Value of Design and build projects undertaken of $40m Professional accreditation or certification (e.g Wells, Green Star) is preferred.
