About the Opportunity This role supervises warehouse operations, managing inbound and outbound goods. The Supervisor leads shifts, oversees picking, coordinates with overall operations, ensures safety standards, and meets customer service and inventory targets. The role requires you to work in the afternoon shift (12:00 - 8:30pm) Monday to Friday. In this Role Ensure efficient workflow, resource alignment, and accurate order fulfillment, including picking and supplying stock. Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including dispatch, shipping, handling, and distribution, while meeting service level agreements. Deliver timely reports, resolve operational issues with stakeholders, and recommend improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and customer service. Maintain shrinkage budgeted %, manage all cycle counts and managing stock loss where appropriate Foster a strong team culture by leading staff, conducting performance reviews, addressing training needs, and providing necessary training. Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to OHS standards, company policies, manual handling procedures, and compliance with HACCP and CoR legislation. You're Likely a Match If you have Supervisory experience preferably in a warehouse environment. Understanding of warehouse systems, material handling and transport Intermediate level of computing skills Customer service focus and team worker Experience with rostering and performance managing staff is preferable.
