Client side opportunity for an established Retail Leasing Executive to join a high performing team. Our client is an outstanding WA based landlord with a diverse and evolving portfolio that includes the development and management of quality retail, commercial, land and hospitality properties across Western Australia. With a focus on sustaining strong client relationships, you will be entering a collaborative work space within a high performing team & culture. This rare and exciting client side opportunity, is for a Retail Leasing Executive to work in collaboration with the Retail Property Management team and deliver strategic leasing to ensure long-term asset performance on their portfolio of shopping centres. Responsibilities will include: Source and negotiate new retailers for each centre in line with asset strategy. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients current retailers. Monitor trends, key players in the industry and movements in rental values Negotiate to secure temporary leases and licenses with Retailers Actively seek opportunities to enhance mall space usage. Collaborate with management team to develop leasing budgets and forecasts. Monthly and quarterly reporting to management. Prospecting for new business Administration support is provided You will have already attained your WA Sales registration and have experience in Retail leasing. Strong knowledge of the Retail market will be highly advantageous as well as a strong demonstrated understanding of the leasing process and negotiations. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to manage your time effectively.
