Kickstart your financial career As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of our client’s business and you will give customers a positive experience every time you meet a customer. You will enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients internal and external customers, by providing advice and information on products and services. You will relish the opportunity to achieve sales targets and working as part of a high-performing and collaborative team. The Role: Responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers as part of a financial team. Build strong relationships with customers. Handle customer queries and issues Qualifying and opening new accounts Process incoming and outgoing transactions Preparing and printing statements Identify customers’ needs and offering relevant solutions About You: As a CSO with outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills, you will thrive in a customer service environment, by demonstrating: Excellent customer service and a genuine willingness to help others Experience in sales and cross selling highly desired As the first point of contact for all customers, you will have a professional and friendly demeanour, even when dealing with a wide range of people, which can at times be challenging Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced customer environment.
