Milk Supply Administration Officer Australian Iconic Brand Work-life Balance, flexible working arrangement. Supportive, dynamic working environment The Role Our Port Melbourne site is not only the home of Vegemite it is also the home of other Australian iconic products, such as Bega Peanut Butter, Bega Simply Nuts, Zoosh and Cream Cheese. VEGEMITE has been proudly made in Port Melbourne, Australia since 1923. We currently are looking for a dedicated Administration Officer looking to make a career in milk supply based in our office in Port Melbourne. During this role, you will provide customer service and support to the farm suppliers of Bega Group as well as performing strong administrative skills to the Milk Supply Services team for document preparation, generating reports, data entry and relationship management. Responsibilities Performing clerical duties such as document processing, record keeping, report compilation, invoice processing, event planning and supplier publications. Contract management, generating supplier contracts to meet the requirements. Management of documents with milk collection and payment software Organising farmer meetings / Christmas parties and record keeping. Assist in the establishment of new farmer suppliers into the Bega Group. About you General administration experience Valid Driver Licence Strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders Ability to generate reports, record keeping, invoicing and contract management Outstanding computer skills with MS Suite, Docusign and payment/invoicing systems.
