Your new role Due to continued expansion, a new opportunity exists for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the team. Reporting to the Managing Director you will take pride in completing tasks efficiently and accurately. This role offers a clear career pathway for progression in a small and strategically growing organisation. In the position of Legal Secretary, your responsibilities include and are not limited to: Responding to phone calls and emails Arranging appointments and meetings Record maintenance and filing Legal research assistance Processing correspondence Typing out dictations Collecting and delivering documents and mail Providing secretarial support to lawyers Invoicing and general tasks as requested What you bring You are an experienced legal support professional with one to three years of experience gained in a law firm or professional services environment. You have a positive attitude and demonstrated experience in an administrative or secretarial capacity. Strong MS Office and systems skills and the ability to learn quickly and adapt. Relevant qualifications such as a certificate III, IV or Diploma in legal services or secretarial and clerical studies are desirable.
