About the Role: As the Payroll Manager for our client, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our client's business. You will oversee all aspects of payroll administration, including payroll processing, and tax compliance- while adhering to company policies and legal requirements. Skills and Experience: To thrive in this position, you have excellent attention to detail, as our client seeks a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in processing payroll across a retail business. You should demonstrate outstanding knowledge within retail payroll processes, and Industry Award, as well as elevated Microsoft Excel, Xero, and relevant software experience. Moreover, your exemplary problem-solving abilities and adaptability are crucial assets in navigating the challenges inherent to the dynamic and rapidly evolving retail landscape. You will be collaborative with internal and external stakeholders and manage relationships- as part of the Finance function. You will also manage payroll processing across different entities, ensure accuracy, handle inquiries, prepare and distribute relevant reporting, coordinate with functions across the business- including HR to ensure processing is cohesive, and possess a mindset of continuous improvement in payroll operations- identifying oppportunities to increase sales and profitability within the business.
