Jacon Equipment, a business unit of Maas Group Holdings, are currently seeking an organised and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Pinkenba, Brisbane. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer enquiries and delivering high quality service for our customers. Key responsibilities: Provide consistent and high-quality customer service to our customers. Handle customer enquiries, processing orders and administration duties as required. Identifying and resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively. Interacting with customers via phone and emails. Growing relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate a strong work ethic. Work as an active team member to complete team goals. Essential requirements: Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Great time management skills and ability to work autonomously. Available for occasional travel between customer sites. Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel software. Positive attitude and exceptional work ethic. Current drivers licence.
