The Company Our client is team of expert consultants who assist all B2B enquiries, this company is a large private enterprise and is a household name. The Role This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and solutions to all B2B customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met and exceeded, and that the reputation of the company is enhanced during each engagement. Some of the duties will include: Process customer orders in a timely / accurate manner Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries Respond to order changes requested by customers Managing inbox orders and enquiries; responding as required Update customer details within profiles Advise customers of delivery timelines Run customer reports where required Process returns, credit and debit memo as required Proactively re-enforce the terms and conditions of delivery criteria with customers About You To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Previous Customer Service experience or Call Centre. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eagerness to learn. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Problems solving skills. Experience within industries such as Manufacturing / Logistics is desirable.
