Bar Supervisor $60k - $65k Super CBD Location We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards. Responsibilities : Leadership : Lead by example, motivating and guiding staff to deliver outstanding service. Provide training and ongoing support. Customer Service : Keep the high standard for exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued. Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Operational Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures.
