Due to growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their friendly and supportive team. The ideal candidate has proven demonstrated experience achieving sales targets, driving revenue, and developing new business opportunities. THE ROLE Experience in sales, preferably within hospitality (Food, Beverage, Coffee) Developing and maintaining relationships with customers Identify new business opportunities and leads Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals Collaborate with other departments such as administration, warehouse and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and timely distribution of products Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide quotes for customers THE IDEAL CANDIDATE A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a sales or business development role Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Results driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPI's Ability to work independently to achieve company goals Tech savvy; proficient using Microsoft Office and CRM software Current driver's license and own vehicle THE BENEFITS In return you will be offered a competitive base salary, plus commission and benefits including a company mobile phone and up to $20k car allowance.
