With 27 branches across Australia and over 50 years of industry experience, we are leaders in providing sustainable comfort through innovative AirTouch solutions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping. Lead and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations. Implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures. Ensure quality control of products during handling and storage. Maintain warehouse equipment in good working condition. Coordinate timely and accurate shipments. Keep accurate records of inventory and transactions. Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
