You will engage with our passengers ensuring the experience they receive is exceptional, while providing first class customer service at all times. This will include working as part of a team and taking responsibility for the efficient operations of all our Cafés, including, safety and legislative compliance, all operational and administrative functions. This position requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, time management, efficiency & self motivation. Casual Café Attendants must have the flexibility to be available across a 7-day roster including, weekends and public holidays.
