Orrcon Steel a leading Australian steel distributor and manufacturer of steel tube and pipe with nationally recognised brands. You’ll interact with our customers via phone and email, delivering a premium service and helping our business to increase sales and develop ongoing relationships now and into the future. You don’t need to have experience in steel or the building sector. What Will You Do? As a key contact for sales and service enquiries you will: prepare and follow up on customer quotes manage sales enquiries via email and phone; including both inbound & outbound calls identify opportunities with our customers to provide value-add services reach out to new or existing customers to identify potential opportunities to generate further sales growth support our external sales teams and branches across Australia provide internal support and regular feedback to relevant sales teams regarding customer and competitor information resolve issues and seek ways to improve the customer experience More About You You’ll be an enthusiastic team players with a passion for customer service, attention to detail and going the extra mile to assist your customers.
