What you will do? Monitor and respond to customer phone, email and web enquiries. Manage and service inbound product orders. Prepare and follow up customer quotations & orders referring to price lists and product literature. Upsell and cross sell company products to new and current clients. Identify and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions. Carry out proactive customer service related phone calls. Liaise and coordinate with internal team members. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information when required Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through sales activity to appropriate company staff. What do you bring? 2 years experience in a product oriented customer service environment. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skils - written and verbal. Meticiolus attention to deatil and can-do attitude. Active listner with excellent problem solving capabilities. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
